Poultry meat yield and quality is in large determined at the grower farm and during live bird handling prior to slaughter. There are many aspects to look at and some should not be underestimated. Arestless evolutionary spirit, mani-ed from live production thru to the finished product, has pushed the world poultry industry consistently forward. Throughout the production chain, whose distance from beginning to end is no longer than only a few weeks, all efforts are aimed at maximizing the broilers' potential.
