A whole new sea of knowledge has parted in the last few years, bringing equipment and products to help farmers to rear sick/ weaker/ smaller/ excess piglets. But it goes beyond mere survival. In recent years, too, science has enabled us to appreciate more fully just how critical is the treatment, care and nutrition of young pigs to their lifetime performance.
