Purity Soft Drinks Ltd ('Purity') manufactured a variety of drink products containing quantities of juice ranging from 13 per cent to virtually 100 per cent. The goods were sold in plastic bottles, to which were applied wrap around labels describing the content. In each case, the central part of the label was the most prominent and someone reading this central section would not simultaneously see the information on the wings of the label which was out of sight because of the curvature of the bottle.
