China and Russia Strengthen Energy Cooperation

According to the news from Xinhua Agency,during the visit of China President Hu Jingtao to Russia from March 26th to March 28th,China and Russia signed papers on 21 cooperation items with a value of over US4.3 billion.Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Li Hui said on March 21st that in the China Year Fair to be held in Russia the Chinese Ministry of Railway signed an agreement with Russian Railway Company on strengthening the railway transportation for crude oil.The three oil giants of CNPC,Sinopec Group and CNOOC dispatched representatives to Russia.
