Background: Mononeuritis multiplex due to hepatitis C infection and cryoglobulinemia has no specific treatment guidelines. Despite the favorable evolution of the liver disease after treatment with interferon and ribavirin, neurological symptoms might not respond very efficiently to antiviral therapy.
