Grey Relational Analyzing the Relationship Between the Students' Records of Entrance Examination and Their Future Academic Performance

摘要

This paper presents grey relational analyzing the subject of greatest influence on the entrance examination. The students' school records of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Far East College (Taiwan) and the corresponding students' marks on the entrance examination are used to be analyzed via grey relational grade. The result was significant, showing that the subject of Basic Mechanical Manufacturing on the entrance examination is the most important subject affecting students' future academic performance for the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
