Preparation of road map for 'Jisso technology'

Japan Electronics and Information Technology Association (JEITA) had a meeting to publish "the road map for Jisso technology of Japan" on March 27, 2001. "Jisso technology" is a technology to mount components on printed circuit substrate assembling electronic products. At early days "Jisso" ment mounting and soldering components on printed circuits board. However recently the term of "Jisso technology comprise" material technology to be used for substrate components solders and other, designing assembling, all technology necessary for manufacture of core parts of electronics products. Therefore competition will extend over those technological field other than original Jisso technology field regardless national borders.
