M-Real Aims for all of metsa tissue

M-real has raised its stake in Metsa.Tissue from 65.58% to over 90% and plans to boost its holding to 100%.The Finnish giant snapped up a 19.27% share in the firm from SCA on January 20,which boosted its stake to 84.85%.Later the same day,M-real acquired further shares in Metsa Tissue totaling around 6% from several parties.The company paid Euro 12.30/share (US13.11/share) for the stock.
