Heinzel joins Larvik project

Austria's Heinzel group has jumped on board Larvik Cell's project to build a 140,000 tonne/yr bleached chemi-thermomechanical pulp(BCTMP)mill in Estonia.Heinzel,Larvik Cell and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will each ow3n one third of Estonian Cell,the firm that will manage the plant.The Austrian group will also sell the facility's output for the first 10 years.
