National law firm McGrigors has appointed Mark Waegner as a Partner into its UK wide energy team. Waegner is a corporate practitioner with over ten years experience at Linklaters acting on market leading transactions. He is said to have a particularly strong focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors and his recent deals include working with Centrica on its acquisition of a minority stake in British Energy - a transaction which involved matters relating to the construction and development of the next generation of nuclear power stations in the UK.
