The key to success in print these days is to add value. Anyone can put ink on paper but few can generate healthy margins in the process. By offering extra services that add to the quality of the job, print starts to become less a commodity and more a valued product for which sensible prices can be quoted. And one area that an increasing number of companies are becoming interested in is applying either a laminate or varnish to the printed sheet which serves the dual purpose of offering protection for the printed sheet and also enhancing it aesthetically.
