US crude stocks reach lowest seasonal level ever

A 797,000 b/d drop in US crude imports to 9.91/mil b/d,and imperceptibly lower refinery runs,caused crude stocks to decline an unexpected 7.1-mil bbl to 278.6-mil bbl for the week ending Sep 10,the lowest level ever for stocks at this time of year,according,to date released Sep 15 by the Energy information Administration.
