A parametric open-plus-closed-loop approach to control chaos in nonlinear oscillations

A parametric open-plus-closed-loop control law is presented for chaotic oscillations described by non-autonomous second-order ordinary differential equations. The Duffing oscillator is treated as a numerical example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
