摘要:Buried Si3N4 layer is formed by hitrogen ion implanted silicoh with high energy (400Key) and high dose (1×1018/cm2). The unimplanted single crystal zone is used as seed crystal. Seed inducing recrystallization is carried out by autoscanning Nd: YAG CW laser annealing. We got a large area SOI structure sample.
摘要:Based on the Olsson-Turn’s Lagrangian, contribution to DCX reaction from the contact term has been discussed, The result shows that althought there are some cancellations between the pole-and contact-term contributions the contact term must be carefully included in any assessment of DCX reaction and can not be discarded a priori.
摘要:Experimental results are reported on the frequency stabilization of diode lasers using a linear absorption spectra of Cs-D2 line at 852.1nm, where the laser temperature is controlled by using double feedback loops and the laser current is controlled by an error signal from the output of a lock-in amplifier. The stability in terms of Allan variance between 1.3E-12 and 3.3E-11 was obtained at averaging time between 0.1s and 100s.
摘要:A method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅳ) in water by frow injection analysis with an amperometric detector has been developed. With a carrier solution of 1% NaCl and 0.1N HCl, chromium(Ⅵ) is determined in small sample volumes at a flow rate of 4.0mL/min, The applied potential is+100mV (vs. SCE). This method provides a detection limit of about 0.2μg/l, with a relative standard deviation of 1.6%. The method can be used for determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in natural water and industrial waste water.
摘要:Starting from one-dimensional nonlinear advecting equations, this paper has probed the energy properlies of discontinuous solutions, investigated that it is suitable to adopt energy decaying scheme to compute discontinuous solutions, compared and testified several difference schemes with dissipation effects, pointed out that it is easy to bring about nonlinear stabilities in doing discontinuous computation, and listed several better-effect schemes.
摘要:As one of applications of the DRS model the author developed, introduced in this paper is a model calculation of the advance of the planctary boundary laycr (PBL) before clouds form. First derived are quasi analytical formulations for the PLB developmcnt, which arc vcrificd by the latcr integration of the modcl. Then, in comparisons bcwecn with and without radiation, modcl results indicate that the sensible heat from. the sea is the main source of the PBL eddy, however, the radiative cooling not only prevents the cquilibrium air tcmpcraturc from approaching the surface temperature but also brings about a certain diurnal variation in the PLB thcrmal stucture.
