The premium segment of the chocolate market is experiencing dramatic growth and is thereby taking market share away from cheaper chocolate varieties. Dark chocolate is highly present in the premium arena. Nestle Noir was launched in a lychee variety. Cacao Reserve from Hershey's is a 65% dark chocolate. The Sarotti brand offers a number of origin specific products under its No. 1 line, including an 85% cocoa indicated as being sourced from Santo Domingo.
