TBM arrives in Malta

The TBM that will excavate a 6km cable tunnel to link Malta to the European grid has arrived on its assembly location, it was revealed last month. The Robbins TBM will bore a 6km tunnel linking Maghtab substation to Pembroke Distribution Centre, close to Valetta, Malta's capital.
