Perth seems to be very close to a situation where it has satisfied the disability requirements and only needs to continue current practices and their slow extension over the next five years. One minor problem seems to be that advance notice is required for some wheelchair journeys, possibly a problem when a planned timetabled journey depends on the reliable, on time, operation of all services.
