This invention is a computer program/application which intakes user input/data and outputs/drafts/creates a/any Positive Behaviour Support Plan(s), inclusive of appendices, in line with current Australian and International models and standards for Positive Behaviour Support within a Person Centred, Strength Based Recovery framework for people with Disabilities and/or Mental Health Issues. This invention is aimed at removing human error from Positive Behaviour Support Plans, their corresponding Appendices, corresponding documents and all related practices.
