摘要

The superfine powder of Li_2Ni_8O_(10) is made by the solid reaction with the certain nucleation time and the crystal growth time.The enamel adherence has greatly increased by mill addition of the powder of Li_2Ni_O_(10).The interface structure between metal and the enamel with excellent adherence has been studied by investigating the chemical composition and the microstructure as well as elements valence band on the enamel interface with the help of SEM,electron microprobe and AES.The results show that there is a non-stoichiometical transitional layer on the interface between metal and the enamel with excellent adherence,the adherence between metal and the enamel with excellent adherence,the adherence between metal and the non-stoichiometical transitional layer is achieved by the metallic bond and the adherence between the non-stoichiometical transitional layer and the enamel is produced by ionic and covalent bond.The non-stoichiometical transitional layer results in the strong adherence.
