Influence of the superfine crystal of Li_2Ni_8O_(10) as mill addition on the enamel adherence

摘要

Superfine crystal of Li_2Ni_8O_(10) is made by solid reaction by controlling certain nucleation time and crystal growth time. Enamel adherence has been greatly increased by adding mill addition of the superfine powder of Li_2Ni_8O_(10). Influence of the superfine powder of Li_2Ni_8O_(10) as mill addition on enamel adherence has been studied by investigating chemical composition and microstructure on enamel interface with the help of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electron microprobe. Results show that the superfine powder of Li_2Ni_8O_(10) as mill addition can change the interface composition and structure, and promote interdiffusion between enamel elements and metal elements as well as the development of the interface transitional layer which results in strong adherence.
