Vor der Einführung eines Systems zur Erfassung von Beinahe-Unfällen an Gleisbaustellen sollte das für den konkreten Anwendungsfall der DB AG am besten geeignete Konzept herausgefunden werden. Dazu wurden Systeme und Vorgehensweisen aus unterschiedlichen Industriebereichen ausgewertet. Aus den gewonnenen Erfahrungen lassen sich wichtige Eckparameter für die Einführung eines eigenen Systems ableiten. Das sind: Das Abstützen auf freiwillige Mitarbeitermeldungen, die Zusicherung der Anonymität des Meldenden, fachlich und sozial kompetente Ansprechpartner und eine sowohl auftretens- als auch ursachenorientierte Klassifikation.%Before the introduction of a system to record and utilize near-accidents at rail works the concept best suitable for the concrete application of the DB AG should be found out. For it systems and methodologies from different industrial areas were analysed. From the won experiences important parameters for the introduction of a own system can be derived. Those are: use of voluntary announcements from personnel, warranty of the anonymity of the announcer, professionally and socially competent contact-partners and both a performance-informed and cause-informed classification.
