Following the successful events in 2007 and 2008, Bahnbau Group, the integrated railway infrastructure services provider, this year once again organised a conference for German and European railway infrastructure experts. Some 170 guests took up the invitation from Dr. Karsten Derks, Spokesman of the Board / Technical Director of Bahnbau Group, and gathered on 1st October 2009 in the elegant surroundings of the British Embassy in Berlin to exchange ideas and information among themselves and with market participants. A highlight of the evening was the speech by Dr. Rudiger Grube, Chairman of the Board of Management of Deutsche Bahn AG, who provided an insight into the challenges currently facing the DB Group.%Die nach 2007 und 2008 bereits 3. Fachtagung bei der „Bahnbau Gruppe - Ihr integrierter Infrastruktur-Dienstleister" war eine besondere und sehr gelungene Veranstaltung. Rund 170 Gäste, überwiegend hochrangige Repräsentanten der Kunden, Lieferanten, und Wettbewerber der Bahnbau Gruppe sowie der deutschen und europäischen Gleisbau- und Ausrüstungsbranche, aber auch weitere Geschäftspartner, kamen in die Britische Botschaft nach Berlin und nutzten die gebotene Plattform zur Information sowie Austausch und Pflege der Geschäftskontakte.
