SAME and DBIA co-hosted the second Federal Owners' Forum on May 4, 2017, bringing together 11 procurement professionals from eight federal agencies to discuss project delivery. In an effort to improve collaboration, attendees scrutinized design-build and design-bid-build to identify challenges and solutions.
