Road asset owners/managers, local governments, state governments and Federal governments are target market . To provide a service and software that provides a Road Asset Geo-Data Log of road networks including undisturbed geological coring for the purpose of providing sub surface geo-data for future refer. This would include road pavement base layer/structural layers and sub-grade soil testing data. This data would provide a platform for desktop design along with a tool/method to validate assumptions associated with road asset management e.g. consumption ratios and life cycle assessments etc.

The proposed system will include a data software and service package to facilitate the satisfying of a current gap in asset management systems. This would allow engineering staff and others to have easy access to essential road construction soil testing and other sub-surface data. We have adapted a technology that provides undisturbed soil core samples of road base and sub-grades. This coring technology allows for safe, accurate and efficient sampling. Samples are taken to a soil testing lab and data transferred for filing on specific supplied software.
