FCC Wireless Chief Plays Up Bureau's Broadband Plan Accomplishments

The FCC Wireless Bureau made significant progress last year following up on the National nBroadband Plan, Chief Ruth Milkman said. "We’ve done a lot," she said, including Mobile nSatellite Service (MSS) and Wireless Communications Service (WCS) orders. "I look back at nthe last year and we got out the MSS report. We got WCS done finally, which had been nbottled up for years. We got wireless backhaul out. We made a really good start on a lot of nstuff. Some stuff I thought we would get to we didn’t get to. I feel good about what we’ve ndone. You always wish you could have done more, I guess."
