The board of directors of the Herndon, Va.-based United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) elects new directors. Joining the board are JEFF JONAS, STEPHEN S. OSWALD and PEGGY AGOURIS.rnJonas is distinguished engineer and chief scientist of entity analytic solutions for IBM'srnsoftware group. He was the founder and chief scientist of Systems Research and Development, which was acquired by IBM in January 2005.
