Raytheon Co., Waltham, Mass., names TAYLOR W. LAWRENCE (above) president of the company's missile systems business in Tucson, Ariz. He succeeds LOUISE L. FRANCESCONI who has retired. Lawrence joined Raytheon in 2006 and previously served as vice president of engineering, technology and mission assurance at Raytheon's headquarters in Waltham. Francesconi is retiring from Raytheon after 33 years with the company. Her expertise in strategic planning, customer focus and operational excellence has been instrumental to the company's success.
