摘要

Flower-like Bi_2MoO_6 microspheres, consisting of closely packed nanoparticles, were grown in-situ on ceramic tubes via a simple solvothermal route. Morphology and structure of the flower-like Bi_2MoO_6 microspheres were characterized by X-ray diffraction meter (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS). The microspheres diameters are around 200 nm constructed by nanosheets. Gas-sensing properties of the flower-like Bi_2MoO_6 microspheres sensors were also systematically investigated. This sensor exhibited an excellent H_2S sensing performance, including low detection limit of 0.1 ppb, good selectivity, high sensitivity and stability to H_2S at 170℃. Such superior H_2S sensing property might be resulted from the unique structure and good crystallization of Bi_2MoO_6 microspheres.
