摘要

Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a powerful molecular and cellular analytical technique that has significant advantages such as high sensitivity and selectivity and the ability for simple and rapid real-time detection. In this study, SERS substrates were fabricated by spin-coating reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and electrochemically depositing gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on indium tin oxide (ITO)-coated glass in order to enhance the signal of SERS spectra. Furthermore, a Raman probe, p-aminothiophenol (p-ATP) and human epithelial carcinoma cell line (HeLa cells) were applied to the AuNP-decorated rGO/ITO substrates. As a result, we observed a significant enhancement in the SERS signals of materials coated on AuNPs/rGO/ITO SERS substrates.
