A step in the right direction

The Engineering Equipment & Materials Users' Association (EEMUA) has published updated guidance on safely designing and constructing factory stairways. The seventh edition of Factory Stairways, Ladders and Handrails (EEMUA Publication 105) takes into account the latest building regulations and construction standards, including CDM2007, giving guidance on the design and general construction of factory stairways, ladders, access platforms, ramps and handrails to meet safety requirements.
