摘要

These two edited volumes provide a wide range of conceptual and empirical work on technological entrepreneurship in innovation networks and knowledge clusters, highlighting different theoretical perspectives as well as different key factors of success and failure that can inform policymakers and practitioners. While they share the main objective, and their content is strongly intertwined, the first volume has more of an emphasis on the different functions, shapes and characteristics of networks and clusters; while the second concentrates on the role of knowledge creation, diffusion and use in that context.
