摘要

A simultaneous and high sensitivity determination method of emedastine and its major metabolites, 5-and 6-hydroxy emedastine, in human plasma was developed. Plasma samples were extracted by Extrelut-1 column. Extracts were separated by reverse phase C18 column under stepwise gradient conditions. An atmospheric pressure chemical ionization interface was used in positive ionization mode. The analytes were detected using a tandem mass spectrometer operated selected reactant monitoring mode.
