Templegate begins hunt for Leeds development partner

Templegate developments, a joint venture between Leeds-based Evans Property Group and Keyland Developments, is on the hunt for a new partner to help it regenerate a 546 acre mixed-use project in Yorkshire.The Leeds Aire Valley site, which has a potential investment value of more than ￡200m, runs parallel to the Ml and could bring about 4.5m sq ft of office and industrial space, thousands of new homes, a hotel, and retail and leisure facilities to the area, which sits less than two miles from the city centre.Templegate already owns the site and is searching for partners to help build elements of the scheme, such as residential, in which neither party solely specialises.
