摘要

The present invention relates to a method for calculating leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED) credits, which is performed in a server for calculating LEED credits connected to a user terminal. The method for calculating LEED credits includes: (a) a step of receiving building specifications including an administration address, a purpose, the number of stories, and a total floor area from the user terminal; (b) a step of estimating a first LEED credit score by big data analysis by reflecting surrounding environments and an administrative district related to the administration address and the building specification; (c) a step of determining an energy reducing rate in accordance with a probability based on a reliability theory by determining a building energy consumption source in accordance with an energy check list and cooling and heating facilities in accordance with the building specification; (d) a step of determining an LEED target level and a second LEED credit score corresponding to a minimum score in accordance with the LEED target level by calculating an energy and atmosphere (EA) score in accordance with the energy reducing rate; and (e) a step of determining a necessary score in accordance with the LEED target level by calculating difference between the first and second LEED credit scores. Therefore, the method for calculating LEED credits can estimate additional construction costs for a building and payback periods to improve a building energy efficiency level by the big data analysis to which the building specification is reflected and, therefore, enables the building to be efficiently built.
