An OJEU notice published on May 11 by Network Rail invites expressions of interest from developers willing to enter into a partnership that would see an additional 906 car parking spaces provided on a 5.4 acre site adjacent to Leeds station.The expectation is that a minimum of 350 spaces would be made available to rail passengers. The successful bidder would also be expected to enhance the entrance to the station 'in return for the commercial development opportunity on surface land released'.
