Bechtel, B&W form alliance to design, sell small nuclear reactors of 125 mW

Bechtel Power and Babcock & Wilcox Nuclear Energy have nformed an alliance called Generation mPower to design, licensenand sell B&W’s 125-MW small modular nuclear reactors.n B&W Nuclear Energy will be an 80% partner in the joint nventure company that will be established to formalize the alli-nance, with Bechtel holding 20%, officials of the companies saidnat a mid-July news conference in Washington. B&W Nuclear nEnergy is a subsidiary of Babcock & Wilcox.
