Lately, when looking at market trends in the food and beverage industry, I keep hearing about Millennials. Millennials are cooking more, they are picky about ingredients, they want local and fresh fare, and they want single-serve, resealable and convenient packaging. They also want recycled materials and responsible compa-ny practices. They crave transparency from the products they buy with real ingredients, sometimes organically grown with no-GMOs.
