The Rough Guide to the Nuclear Industry proved popular at an event held at the Sellafield Centre early this year. Over forty delegates from Sellafield Ltd, the Low Level Waste Repository (LLWR) and other nuclear sites from across the UK and the supply chain attended the three-day event organised by the Youth Generation Network (YGN). The event was aimed at new entrants to the nuclear industry and gave them an overview of the industry with a focus on Sellafield and the LLWR. The programme comprised of a mixture of plant visits, lectures, and evening social events.
