Cities' launch joint project to put Welsh families first

Cardiff and Newport city councils are joining forces to become one of the Welsh As-sembly's Families First areas. The two local authorities will lead the way in improv-ing the delivery of services to families in Wales, and iden-tify best practice, which can be shared with other local au-thorities.
