Book review

摘要

This paper reviews Professor Thomas E. Carbonneau's book on The Law and Practice of Arbitration. Professor Carbonneau is the director (Arbitration Institute) of Penn State University, and he has written more than 80 scholarly articles related to arbitration law. The book on The Law and Practice of Arbitration is mainly a book on US arbitration law, and the majority of cited cases in explaining the legal principles are also decided by US courts.
