The Lloyd's Register Board has appointed Thomas Thune Andersen to Chairman-elect to succeed Chairman David Moorhouse CBE when he retires at the end of 2010. Andersen, who was appointed as a Trustee by the General Committee in June, will succeed Moorhouse, who is due to retire at the end of the year after serving eleven and a half years as the Chairman of the Group.
