A class is a basic unit of school work,also is the basic organization of students’ learning life. The teacher in charge is the organizer of class and educators,and students’ comprehensive development guides. Classroom management is to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students to participate in class management,causes the student to become masters of learning,living,and class management. Good classroom management can promote students’ all-round development,provide a broad space for students’ development. The author in his teacher in charge work experience adheres to organize the class news activity,in the class management and cultivating students’ healthy personality,promote the all-round development of students has played a positive role.%班级是学校工作的一个基本单位，也是学生学习生活的基本组织。班主任是班集体的组织者和教育者，也是学生全面发展的指导者。班级管理就是想办法调动学生参与班级管理的主动性和积极性，使学生成为学习、生活和班级管理的主人。良好的班级管理能促进学生全面发展，为学生发展提供一个广阔的空间。在班主任工作经历中始终坚持组织开展“班级新闻”活动，在班级管理与培养学生健全人格、促进学生全面发展等方面都起到了积极的作用。
