Call for Stroud Jordan nominations

The American Association of Candy Technologists (AACT) annually bestows the Stroud Jordan award to recognize outstanding contributions by an individual to the field of confectionery technology. The award will be presented at a banquet during the AACT National Technical Seminar, September 20-22, 2021. Eric Schmoyer, the 2020 Stroud Jordan recipient, will also be formally honored at this year's gathering.
