Stroud Jordan nominations

Most years the American Association of Candy Technologists (AACT) gathers in the fall to network, share information and bestow the Stroud Jordan award. This award recognizes outstanding contributions by an individual to the field of confectionery technology. It is named after Jordan, a pioneering candy technologist and is presented at the AACT National Technical Seminar. The Stroud Jordan committee is requesting nominations to be submitted by August 10. An email request to AACT members gives details about the nomination process. The committee will evaluate the relative merits of all the candidates based on the information within the nomination form as well as any attachments provided.
