RCI Truffles + More course

More than two dozen students from 19 companies spent several days in February learning about truffles, melt-aways and nut pastes at the Truffles + More course sponsored by Retail Confectioners International. Featuring classroom time as well as hands-on learning, the course was hosted by Savage Bros and is part of the ongoing educational programs offered by RCI.
