A Lesson for the Teach

It's summer and that means for many of us, it's time to hire and work with college students as seasonals. These students are usually bright and energetic but it is easy to forget that they often do not have the field experience that we all take for granted. Also, because they are frequently assigned only a portion of a project, they do not have the holistic view that enables them to recognize issues early.
