I take part in this ASSA annual meeting as an economist, but also as an Executive Director, Under-Secretary General of the United Nations who needs your help. Actually, let me clarify that selfish help is what I need, as there important rewards (awards and fame) for those who will get engaged in providing the assistance being requested.
