Long Term Prediction of Ship Response by Using Ship Monitor System

摘要

A new concept of long term prediction of ship responses in introduced, where the ship responses are composed of the ship motions, wave loads and stresses caused by wave forces acting on the ship hull. In this prediction method, instead of the stochastic information of wave climate and the ship response function, the ship monitor data measured on board in some voyages is required.
