PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship power monitoring system that can reduce fuel consumption of a ship, and recognize a relationship between the operating condition of the ship and power supply and power consumption, and to provide a ship power control system, and a method of monitoring power of a regular line ship.;SOLUTION: The ship power monitoring system 1 includes: a power distribution means connected to electric generators 11, 12, 13 for supplying power supplied from the electric generators to a load apparatus 30; power supply measurement means 41, 42, 43 to measure power supply of the electric generators; power consumption measurement means 44-49 to measure power consumption of the load apparatus; operating condition determination means 71, 72 of the ship to determine classification of operating conditions; and a storage means to store data, wherein power supply data measured by the power supply measurement means and data of power consumption measured by the power consumption measurement means are stored in the storage means as a power measurement database by being related to the classification of the operating conditions determined by the operating condition determination means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
