Long Term Prediction of Ship Response by Using Ship Monitor System (2nd Report) -A Case of North Pacific Line with Seasonal Effect-

It is possible to carry out the more detail long-term prediction of the ship responses, if the ship responses measured on board with the ship monitor system are estimated statistically. However we must pay attention to the characteristics of the ship monitor data which is the time history and is not so much we can get. To solve this problem and carry out the long-term prediction with a little of data, the statistical fluctuation of the ship response for a long term is necessary to be embeded in the statistical model.
